Aiswarya is an energy systems engineer with a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She has built expertise in energy storage systems and renewables, working on Li-ion batteries, active cell balancing architectures, battery management strategies, thermal performance, and renewable-forward microgrid projects. She has developed and validated system models, designed high-voltage test setups, and analyzed large, multi-sensor data sets using tools such as MATLAB, Python and LabVIEW, strengthening the link between component-level behavior and system-level reliability. At Southwire as part of the Innovation R&D group, she works on the Convergence of Data and Power. Here, she leverages this combined energy and data background to evaluate emerging technologies, inform and support AI/ML initiatives in the energy domain.
